Welcome to Bulls Bay Brushes.  An abstract coastal view through my Acrylic mixed media.  I hope it encourages and helps to empower you and embrace whatever season you are in.  I am a wife, Mom, Nana and worked over 30 years in the Maritime Community and, for the last 10 years,  as owner of Shabby Shopper re-furbishing and creating unique products for the home.

Shopping for the lost, forgotten or thrown away is still a passion of mine.  Finding a vintage frame to renew, a piece of barn wood or tin or an elaborate frame that needs a touch of gold helps to complement an abstract painting of any kind.

As an introvert, I am comfortable to stay at home but the community that has grown through my love to create is life giving.

I am honored and humbled to share the gift that was planted in me before I was born and is now taking on a new dimension.  Thank you for joining me in this season.
